QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated Human Resources Specialist to provide support in all areas of HR including recruitment, reporting, training and performance management.
 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related departments.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in all HR functions, especially in recruitment, performance management, training management and preferred had worked with an e-commerce company.
  • Having strong communication and writing skills both in Turkish and English.
  • Having good knowledge of MS Office and ERP HR System.
  • Having strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with all levels,
  • Having highly effective organization, planning and time management skills.
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated, positive,
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to changing priorities,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the all recruitment process including finding right channels to reach new talents and interview & selection in partnership with line managers,
  • Responsible for designing, development and preparation of the HR reports and analyses,
  • Adapts the global HR systems & policies to the market,
  • Conducts the process of performance management,
  • Be a business supporter, enabler for HR related requirements,
  • Provide proactive functional support to the line managers as HR business partner,
  • Actively participates in HR projects,
  • Ensures that all HR process are in accordance with the labor law, company policies and standards and global guidelines.
  • Conduce all personnel affairs as well as preparing personal files and follow up.
  • Conduct of administrative works of the office,
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Arranging events and organizations.
  • Manage, control and order office requirements.
  • Support existing employees in administrative process,

Preferred Candidate

More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Turkish(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced) English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
