GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Dardanel Group of Companies has been engaged in the production and marketing of canned tuna and other canned fish, frozen seafood, fish meal, canned and frozen vegetables and fruits, frozen dough products, frozen ready-made food products and pet food in Turkey since 1984. We are looking for a "Local Key Account Manager" to be assigned to our leading company in the sector based in our headquarters building in Sancaktepe, Istanbul. A brief job description of the position and the qualifications that suitable candidates must have are listed below

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Implementation of sales strategies for Local Chain Customers in the region to be responsible
  • Preparation of joint business plans 
  • Managing sales activities and campaigns, planning and monitoring the activity calendar 
  • Making and renewing annual agreements 
  • Managing existing customer visits and managing new customer acquisition processes in line with the company strategy.
  •  Increasing the penetration of the existing product portfolio and ensuring the listing of new products 
  • Implementation of annual plans to maximize growth; Developing strategies that include appropriate volume, distribution, visibility and activation opportunities
  • Ensuring continuity and accuracy in daily work; planning, communicating, anticipating results, measuring results consistently, and implementing corrective actions or learning processes. 
  • Achieving set customer goals and KPIs
  • Ensuring customer product supplies smoothly by communicating with regional teams
  • Contributing to our brands getting ahead of the competition through applications for customers


GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Graduated from university departments such as Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Economics, Business Administration
  • Preferably with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the FMCG field and team management experience, 
  • Have good professional proficiency in English, 
  • Have effective reporting skills, 
  • Able to think analytically, pay attention to details, work in a planned and meticulous manner, 
  • Able to use MS Office programs at a good level,
