About You

To be able to be successful in the role, you need to have:

• University degree in related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in online trading environment, ideally with online merchandising/online tradingor E-Commerce trading experience
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good stakeholder management skills across different divisions, and ability to work cross functionally
• Good understanding of P&L, deliver monthly and annual business targets as well as judgement and insight to assess and build new business models

About The Job

• Implement and execute eCommerce strategy inline with the company’s business priorities.
• Build an ecosystem with online distributors andthe biggest e-commerce partners in the market.
• Define, plan & ensure the execution of e-merchandising activities through cross-sell, up-sell & eCRM possible strategies.
• Leverage internal and external data, insights and recommendations to continuously improve sales activities.
• Ensure the integration of all product launches and digital campaigns into the content management system.
• Drive and continuously improve the digital path to purchase and ensure a best-in-class digital consumer experience through optimized purchasing paths from call-to-actions to landing pages.
• Drive the organisation's business results by making tactical and operational decisionsby building the department in a sustainable way.
• Lead digital transformation of Hayat & Sırma brands throughincreased existence andimportance in online sales channels.
• Drive improvements and efficiencies in the organisation by collaborating with other departments.
• Identify new eCommerce trends & opportunities for growth.
