• Graduated from Civil or Mechanical Engineering departments of universities
• Worked as Site Manager / Project Manager in large scale Industrial projects such as cement factory, power plant etc.
• Successful in organization, planning, coordination, time management and cost management.
• To have experience with Project contracts and following up the projects according to contractual conditions.
• To have full knowledge and being attentive about Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental management systems.
• To have deep knowledge of Project follow-up and work schedule.
• Attaches importance to regular controls at every stage of construction and erection work.
• Strong human relations, adopting team work.
• To ensure coordination between construction site, head office and subcontractor.
• Being able to direct and manage inferiors.
• Strong time management and communication skills and result oriented.
• Having experience with preparation of interim payments.
• Experience in team building and managing.
• To have deep knowledge MS Office, MS Project and Autocad.
• To have a good reporting capability.
• No restrictions for domestic and international travel.
• Being an active driver.
• Fluency in English, additional languages are preferable.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
