We are looking for a qualified “Assistant Sales Manager – Travel Trade ” for D Maris Bay.

• • Bachelor's degree in Tourism Hotel Management or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in sales organizations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of travel trade, events and group business’
  • Fluent level of English language is required to carry out the work and follow any developments related to the job
  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in various software applications; Opera knowledge preferred.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the flexibility to adapt to different work situations.
  • Male candidates must have completed military obligations.

   

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely communication of all event details to staff and respective departments.
  • Achieve annual budget sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, focusing on larger accounts to develop future business opportunities.
  • Provide availability and rates for rooms and banquet events in line with the hotel's targeted selling strategy.
  • Take responsibility for assigned geographical markets, conducting sales calls, site inspections, and Fam Trip Groups.
  • Manage time effectively and thrive in high-pressure work environments.
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload accordingly.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and collaboration with all hotel departments, guests, and external companies.
  • Embrace a team-player mindset and contribute to a positive work culture.
