QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an " Account Manager " who has the following qualifications and competencies for our company operating in the fields of Cyber Security and Information Security.
Responsibilities
- Manages the day-to-day business: maintaining a balanced approach to superior customer service and account planning; quarterly results and long-term account goals.
- Identifies new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support by building value propositions for solutions into account.
- Manages customer relationship, accounts, sales plans, proposals, contract negotiations, etc.
- Pursue growth through regular both face to face meetings and winning new customers to enlarge the assigned customer base.
- Working closely with customers, partners and vendors.
- Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships.
- Communicating with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed.
- Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.
- Acting as the client’s representative to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning changing needs of customers.
- Visiting potential and existing clients regularly.

- Experienced in CRM and Lead Generation tools.
- Satisfactory problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate solutions.
- Understanding of the enterprise sales cycle.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills for analyzing client data.
- Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once.
- Advanced motivational and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 2+ years of sales/business development experience in IT/Cyber Security.
