QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an " Account Manager " who has the following qualifications and competencies for our company operating in the fields of Cyber Security and Information Security.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the day-to-day business: maintaining a balanced approach to superior customer service and account planning; quarterly results and long-term account goals.
  • Identifies new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support by building value propositions for solutions into account.
  • Manages customer relationship, accounts, sales plans, proposals, contract negotiations, etc.
  • Pursue growth through regular both face to face meetings and winning new customers to enlarge the assigned customer base.
  • Working closely with customers, partners and vendors.
  • Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships.
  • Communicating with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.
  • Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.
  • Acting as the client’s representative to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
  • Collecting and analyzing data concerning changing needs of customers.
  • Visiting potential and existing clients regularly.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Motivation to learn and for rapid sales career growth in Cyber Security.
  • Experienced in CRM and Lead Generation tools.
  • Satisfactory problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate solutions.
  • Understanding of the enterprise sales cycle.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills for analyzing client data.
  • Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once.
  • Advanced motivational and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • 2+ years of sales/business development experience in IT/Cyber Security.
