QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
At Continuum Global Solutions, we are looking for a new colleague in the position of Recruitment Specialist with the following qualifications.
Recruitment Specialist is expected to manage all recruitment activities with potential and internal candidates in the most effective way towards integrating talent into our organization in Istanbul and Antalya. This role will be a part of Europe Recruiting Team.

Our customers rely on our peoples’ experience to deliver superior service across multiple contact channels. Continuum Global Solutions provides inbound and outbound service offerings across voice (calls, interactive voice response) and non-voice (SMS, chat, social network and email) segments.
University Degree in related fields,
Excellent command of written and spoken English and/or German,
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience preferably in consultancy or call center sector,
Proficiency in MS Office applications,
Strong communication and negotiation skills,
Completion of military service (for male candidates)
Execute full cycle recruitment process ensuring all relevant vacancies are filled appropriately,
Prepare and post job applications to the portals,
Source and attract candidates by using databases, career portals, social media etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications,
Provide timely information for candidates and managers at all stages of the recruitment process,
Follow up offer and onboarding processes,
Welcome and support new employees to the organization by conducting orientation,
Taking active role in developing and re-designing of the recruitment processes,
