Quality Engineer

We are looking for an Quality Engineer who will work Continental Confectionery Company in Çorlu-Tekirdağ. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for suitable candidates are defined below:

• Will be responsible for all process quality activities
• Follows up and prepare KPIs reports.
• Manages the teams of process quality controls.
• Coordinates and performs periodical internal audits in the production area and ensure HACCP and GMP are applied.
  
• Monitors and reports daily Quality activities and daily non-conformances
• Leads for teams and departments to take preventive and corrective actions for quality non-conformances.
  
• Conducts hygiene & food safety trainings to blue colored staff.
  
• Leads to the ongoing Quality projects.
  
• Manages Customer Complaints System with his team.
• Supplies all Quality demands to Sales company on time.
• Bachelors Degree in Food Engineering is must.
• Min. 2-3 years experience in related area.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in food processing and food packaging.
• MS Office (advanced excel) and SAP knowledge.
• Have experience and knowledge of food safety and quality management systems (AIB, BRC, IFS, ISO22000)  
• Good Negotiation and presentation skills.
• Eager to learn and get experienced in a growing production facility.
• For male candidates military services should be completed.
• Residence or willing to relocate to Çorlu/Tekirdağ area (ex. Çorlu, Lüleburgaz)
