Genel Nitelikler:

• Bachelor’s Degree 
•  Team Manager experience in Outsourcing Industry
•  Work experience in managing people and interacting with customers / stake holders
•  Excellent command on Excel and other MS Office programs
•  Advanced level of verbal and written English
•  Good communication within the team
•  Quick problem - solving ability and analytical perspective
•  Able to work with KPIs and under pressure
•  Easily adaptable to new circumstances, technologies and procedures.

İş Tanımı:

•Dealing with day to day operational changes / instructions, 

• Coordinating day to day activities, 

• Reporting on the overall performance of the team and suggest possible areas of improvement, 

• Supervises tasks, roles and responsibilities of the team; supervises staff schedules, processes, and communication, 

• Reports to the Project Manager on a daily basis, 

• Verifying, correcting, completing the monitoring of the work flow process and performance of the employees within the team, 

• Researching and / or modifying specific fields according to current procedures and customer request, 

• Correcting, completing, providing feedback to agents after completion of monthly audits, 

• Daily reporting of individual activities / figures to relevant stakeholders and Project Manager.
