You’ll be delivering customer service on behalf of our client - a world leader in technology and innovation. From the comfort of your home office you will be helping customers solve problems with their smartphones and computers.

• Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred

Qualifications

• High School or Vocational School or University Graduate 
• Native level of English 
• Logical thinking ability and customer oriented mind set 
• Excellent persuasion skills
• Ability to work within a team 
• Flexibility to work in shift plans (15:00-02:00) 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Good command of MS Office applications 
• No military obligation for male candidates
