Main Responsibilities

• Developing purchasing strategies for the company
• Organizing, following up and executing supply process
• Cost analysis and reporting for the relevant materials/commodities
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional departments both for daily operations and internal projects
• Developing cost saving projects and methods in global level
• Brings new suppliers, service providers, and material innovations into the purchasing portfolio
• Managing purchasing processes in order to annual purchasing goals
• Arranging necessary contracts with the suppliers
• Leading the purchasing processes by providing the best conditions in terms of price, quality, delivery, technology and sustainability in accordance with centrally defined guidelines
• Analyzing offers commercially, order placement, contracting, SAP purchasing operations

Capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
• At least 2 years experience in purchasing processes.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications
• Experience in SAP and Zycus would be an asset
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
• Good team player, with a positive attitude
• Strong demonstrated negotiation and analytical abilities
• Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines in a complex international environment
• Proactive and resourceful in solving problems; actions and results-oriented,
• FMCG industry knowledge would be an asset
