Software Engineer (Front-End)

We are looking for Software Engineers. The candidate is required to have good communication skills, as this position requires interacting with our globally distributed development team, product users, and product managers.

Job Responsibilities

• Build modern, interactive and elegant UX/UI using Angular.

• Design, develop, code, test and debug web applications.

• Fully test and troubleshoot work, as well as ensure consistently error free and high quality results.

• Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of the software.

• Support software quality assurance and optimize performance.

• Provide production support.

• Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself.

• Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API.

• Communicating with external web services.

• Interface with other software, system engineers and program management.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc (Hons.) or M.Sc in CS/ CSE with a good academic record.

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• 3+ years of web application development experience.

• Capabilities to work as an individual or in a team and mentor them.

• Experience in elegant UX/UI development.

• Excellent HTML5/CSS3 skills.

• Experience in design/development with Angular 5+ and TypeScript for at least 2 year including deep understanding of the underlying framework. Angular 5+ experience is mandatory.

• Experience in design/development with other JavaScript base frameworks/front end technologies like jQuery, Bootstrap, SASS/LESS, packaging tools (NPM, Gulp, Grunt, Bower, etc.) for at least 3 years.

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving performance bottlenecks especially in the front-end layer.

• Experience in developing SPA and API style architectures.

• Experience in React.js will be a plus

• Experience in Node.js, .NET, etc will be an added advantage.

• Familiar with SVN and Git.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under time constraints.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Passion for creating positive user experiences.

• Document/NoSQL database experience (Apache SOLR, MongoDB, etc.).
