Social Compliance Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial and textile engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years experienced in social responsibility, social compliance, health, safety and environment; minimum 3 years experienced as CSR Manager or team leader
• Experienced in SA-8000, BSCI, SEDEX and customer or third parts audits
• Preferably had B Class Occupational Health and Safety Certificate and Chief Auditor Certificate
• Preferably experienced in environmental issues and chemical reduction
• Excellent command of English
• Pro-active, quality and result-oriented, change and improvement oriented
• Plannig, organization and problem solving skills
• Well developed teamworking, time management and communication skills
• No restrictions for travelling
• No military obligation (for male candidates)
• Residence or able to residence in Istanbul European Side

Job Description

• Determining the company's social compliance and corporate responsibility goals, vision and strategies
• Establishing the work plan and budget to realize social compliance and corporate responsibility goals and managing the plan and budget
• Realizeing social compliance and corporate responsibility vision in accordance with production teams
• Executing social compliance audits in factories and sub-suppliers
• Accompaning the customer and third party audits and representing the firm
• Praparing and implementing necessary corrective / preventive action plans before and after the audit and following up the process
• Establishing The Code of Conduct principles and ensuring dissemination to the factories and sub-suppliers
• Providing SA-8000, BSCI, SEDEX certifications to the plants and sub-suppliers
• Developing sustainability projects in human, environment, energy and chemical issues
• Preparing and publishing the sustainability report
