• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality with minimum 3 year managerial experience in manufacturing Industry
• University Degree (preferably Industrial or Metallurgical Engineering)
• Fluency in English ( Must)
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Ability to work with cross functional teams
• Strong team management ,communication and coordination skills
• Residency in Anatolian side of Istanbul

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main responsibilities as follows;

- To manage all Quality Management Systems and projects like ISO 9001-14001- OHSAS 18001 , 27001 etc.

- Manage and follow the internal quality audits and to submit the results to the management

- Manage and Ensure measurement, monitoring and collating relevant Kpi's  linked to the quality, environment and customer satisfaction area

-  Manage and audit the purchasing in new products and suppliers development assuring product quality and reliability for localization programs and cost reduction initiatives, as well new suppliers selection

- Follow and develop relationships with external organizations. Conducting Product Conformity (TSE) and Conducting Patent-Trademark Registration studies

- Manage and follow the Health and Safety System and relevant legislations and requirements
