Quality Control Manager

As an Export Oriented Marble Company which is producing and exporting processed marble, travertine and mosaic tiles; we are looking for a Quality Control Manager who will be responsible from:

• Managing quality control phases, 

• Designing and implementing quality control procedures and parameters, 

• Supervising the quality control functions/activities including quality control inspection schedules, 

• Providing support to schedule the shop floor production, 

• Planning the whole phases for the achievement of quality targets in compliance with the settled requirements by the management, 

• Ensuring that all production phases in terms of quantity, quality, yield, wastage and unit costs are implemented in accordance with the long term goals of the company together with the required health, safety and environment standards, 

• Maintaining log books for the machinery equipment and being responsible for the training of the operators for each specific machine, 

• Strategic planning and tracking budget expenses for production planning, 

• Preparing weekly production reports upon achieved/ look-ahead basis, 

• Keeping the track of quality control records. 

Quality Control Manager Qualifications: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the quality control / production department of a mid to large size marble producing company specialised on the export of tiles, 

• Well-versed in the management of factory operations and imported machineries employed for marble production industry, 

• Powerful know-how for the automatised manufacturing phases, 

• Fluency in English.
