We are looking for a “Production Department Chief” for our multinational company located in Bursa/NOSAB with the qualifications below;

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 

   Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mecatronic Engineering professions will be an asset

• Very good command of English both written and spoken, Italian language will be an asset, 

• Having more than 5 years of production management experience of plastic injection process in automotive industry especially for the assemblied components, 

• Having strong reporting and presentation skills, ability to hold meetings in English, 

• Having strong communication and leadership skills

• Having the working and managing experience of the blu collar staff will be an asset

• Having strong technical knowledge and analytical skills, 

• Implementing the overall production plans, 

 • Being in cooperation with Quality and HSE departments, 

• Motivating and managing the production team to be result and target oriented, 

• Being responsible for all daily operations of the production.
