QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an HR Manager for our multinational sector leader company located in Cerkezkoy OSB.


HR MANAGER

  • Bachelor’s degree in the related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience as HR Manager, HR Specialist, HR Assistant or similar;
  • Fluent in English (both writing and speaking abilities);
  • Strong knowledge of core HR business and labor relations / governance terminology and best practices;
  • Strong knowledge of local legislation in the relevant area;
  • Experienced in carrying out interviews, candidate screening and evaluation;
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & ERP Programs,
  • Critical thinking and good decision-making abilities;
  • Detail oriented, structured, well planned, ensure adherence to deadlines;
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills;
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong team working attitude;
  • Strong desire to learn and succeed;
  • Action and result oriented;
  • Takes initiative; and
  • No military obligation for male candidates


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Being the first contact point for all HR-related queries;
  • Being responsible for HR record keeping in accordance with the corporate policies and local labor legislation;
  • Managing the operational aspects of local payroll;
  • Being responsible for keeping HR systems up to date and accurate;
  • Maintaining the personnel files of all employees and ensuring that all the necessary documents for these files are available and properly prepared, signed and kept;
  • Ensuring that actual Job Descriptions are in line with the legislation, supporting Department Managers with the design of job descriptions for new positions and updating the current ones;
  • Ensureing that all required HR procedures are implemented accurately and on a timely basis in order to comply with the local labor legislation and corporate policies;
  • Being responsible for providing documents for re-employment lawsuits;
  • Preparing and following up disciplinary documents;
  • Providing all related documents and following up the process from the beginning to the end of work accident cases to ensure keeping the proper documentation;
  • Carrying out relevant duties from an HR perspective for annual ISO 9001 and YYS audits;
  • Providing templates for employee announcements;
  • Carrying out monthly controls for headcount, overtime, absenteeism;
  • Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs;
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process;
  • Managing the annual permits and ensuring that all documents and records are present;
  • Preparing monthly reports for the management;
  • Designing and updating recruiting procedures involving job adverts, applications and onboarding processes;
  • Coordinating with the department directors to forecast future hiring needs;
  • Participating in salary surveys and conducting benchmark analysis;
  • Following the agreements with catering, security and personnel service suppliers;
  • Ensuring the compliance with the local labor legislation and immediately inform the management about changes in the applicable legislation.
  • Supporting the company regarding the legislation on the personal data protection and carrying out the relevant procedures to be in compliance with the legislation.
