Job Brief:

Do you have a talent for building winning teams? We are looking for a HR Manager to work in a start-up to lead the people processes across. In this role, you will recruit, engage staff, build pipelines for talent, create innovative talent development strategies, work on the people experience in line with company values and goals. What you'll be doing:

•Be the lead of our recruitment lifecycle: Build the best candidate experience (from proactive attraction, leading recruitment, onboarding) to find the best talent fit talent.

•Be an advocate of best employee experience: Ensure that the company culture is built and is represented by all people, promoting values through all people related processes. Develop, manage performance, lead processes on reward and recognition and employee relations.

•Be a people advisor: Be the first point of contact for the team on their HR related queries and coach employees on HR practices and in accordance with our culture where we support the needs of the employees in the office area that is newly being built.

•Be the innovator: Stay up to date with market and industry trends to advice new solutions.

•Be the lead for HR analytics & HR modules in our app: develop metrics based reporting on HR related KPIs and partner with management in analyzing metrics and trends and addressing areas of concerns. Own the HR module of our application managing the big data in area of expertise.

•Define the best HR System fit and ensure legal compliance: Manage new and existing employee data within multiple HR-related systems including compensation and benefits, etc.

What you'll need to be successful:

•Ability and flexibility to maintain composure in a high paced growing startup.

•Strong day-to-day operations experience and ability to follow the process

•Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

•Strong familiarity with best practices in attracting top talent and building and maintaining a purpose-driven high-performance culture.

•Pro-active nature and the ability to build meaningful relationships with people.

More requirements:

•Good command verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish.

•3-6 years of directly applicable HR experience working with cross-functional technical teams, preferably in a tech start-up or hypergrowth environment.

•Expertise with various Human Resources functions (Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Development etc.)
