We are currently seeking a "Digital Marketing Assistant Manager" for our firm which operates for Service Sector.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years experience in digital marketing (5 years of experience in B2B business is prefferred)
  • Expert in lead generation, lead funnel analysis and optimization
  • Professional in managing wide range of digital advertising types
  • Experienced and had deep knowledge in SEO, SEM, Retargeting, Analytics, Display, Content Marketing, Blog
  • Master and trend tracker of social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram and Linkedin
  • Experienced in technical developments of Analytics, SEO, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc., and had skills to provide coordination between IT teams and digital agency
  • Had Digital Agency background
  • High communication, coordination, and organization skills so that he/she successfully manages common projects with different departments of the company
  • High analytical skills, expert in analysing data and prepare reports
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English
  • Adapt to flexible working hours
  • Has high responsibility and self-motivation
  • Has high job tracking and leadership skills


Job Description:

  • To build up digital marketing strategies of the company, to prepare digital marketing plans accordingly and make them to be executed
  • To develop strategies and cooperations in order to generate lead traffic from various sources
  • To develop and manage digital marketing set-ups that provide lead generation
  • To manage digital ads campaigns that focus primarily on lead generation, to monitor the performance, offer and take actions that will increase the performance, to make media plans where lead generation budget and media usage are optimised
  • To look for new channels that bring high conversion rates and make these channels be adopted and used,
  • To analyse the corporate web site and the company’s digital ads through Google Analytics and other web analytics tools, present these analysis by to the executive team
  • To make his/her team to prepare daily, weekly, monthly lead performance reports on regular basis
  • To cooperate with TeleSales, Brand, Product, and Business Development teams in order to increase the performance of digital marketing ads and develop the customer experience
  • To manage the Adwords account of the company, determine KPI’s, make developments on campaign structures and strategies and build up strategies
  • To manage and develop the web sites of the company in terms of content, design and user experience
  • To analyse the datas given by the SEO tools, provide the necessary developments to be done in terms of SEO and coordinate the digital agency to take actions accordingly
  • To manage the social media strategies and accounts of the company
  • To manage the company’s content marketing and blog strategies
  • To manage and develop the mobile application of the company in terms of content, design, and user experience and provide that necessary developments are done
  • To keep track of the new technologies in digital marketing so that the company is always up to date of new trends and technologies
  • Manage the digital marketing budget of the company
  • To handle the relations with the agencies, evaluate their performance, manage them in a way to maximize their performance
