QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSİBİLİTİES
- Managing the overall Company’s relationship with the customer based on fundamental understanding of the customers' business and stakeholder objectives
- Developing the long term business with the customer by building and maintaining key relationships and trust as well as identifying profitable business opportunities based on strategic partnership.
- Building relationships with senior customer executives to achieve "trusted partner" status and address the entire business needs of the customer
- Helping the organization to innovate and to develop new business models based on customer needs and requirements.
- Representing complete product portfolio
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Accountable towards the customer from initial engagement to final acceptance and collection
- Working closely with operations to ensure quality and profitability in delivery by securing contract fulfillment, including the delivery of services, is the sponsor of customer projects
- Leading and developing high performing teams
- Developing account plans in line with the regional strategy
REQUİREMENTS
- University degree in Business Administration or Engineering Proven ability to secure orders in the competitive market
- Strong business acumen and good insight into customer's business priorities
- Excellent sales management capability, preferably with key account management or with senior sales management experience
- A business leader with the vision to create business opportunities in strategically important areas
- Ability to work closely with the customer in order to identify, sell and agree the business benefit to the customer's business with a profitable arrangement for both parties
Familiar with the telecom solutions; possessing the knowledge of markets, products, processes, etc.
- Strong business and financial awareness to ensure good
- Strong focus on achieving results and operational excellence with good strategic thinking, good leadership skills – ability to motivate
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
