General Qualifications

We are looking for Construction Engineer to be employed in Head Office and worksites in all over the Turkey. General qualifications are as follows;

·         Graduated from Metallurgical, Mechanical or Civil engineering departments of leading universities

·         Preferably, at least 3 years experienced in worksites and management,

·         Preferably, worked in the iron and steel industry, refineries, cement factories, glass factories or non-metallic industries before,

·         Proficiency on MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD,

·         No military obligation for male candidates,

·         Having analytical and quantitative skills,

·         Proven ability to work as part of a team,

·         To ability to manage all activities for company responsibilities on the worksite,

·         Excellent command of written and spoken English with mastery of technical terms,

·         Second foreign language (German/Russian) is a plus, except English,

·         Have no restriction to travel (domestic and abroad),

·         Have capable to driving,

·         Interested and eager to learn & update his/her knowledge,

·         Adaptable to flexible working hours,

·         Not restricted to work during night shifts,

·         Disciplined way of working with a high ability to concentrate on both processes & results

·         Good teamwork skills,

·         Very good H&S knowledge

Job Description

·         Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force,

·         Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities,

·         Following of the refractory applications made in the worksite,

·         Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise,

·         Taking measurements from project and worksite to determinate the quantities of work,

·         Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly,

·         Supporting measures to maintain and improve operational safety,

·         Daily reporting about progress of process,

·         Preparing the payment progress and their reports.
