Description

• Developing product designs and accessories for the 0-24 age range that appeal to their imagination and create a magical environment in their own rooms.

• Keeping the product portfolio up to date and competitive by following the latest technology and innovative design trends, leading the industry.

• Generating unique designs that provide a competitive advantage by staying abreast of innovations in various sectors and understanding consumer needs.

• Leading a team of talented designers, fostering creative synergy and directing product development strategies.

• Collaborating with industry leaders, start-ups, and other stakeholders to make a significant impact in the sector.

Competencies

• At least 15 years of product design experience

·       Preferably graduated from the Industrial Design department of METU or ITU

• Learner, being curious about global design trends, especially in furniture and home decoration

• Tracking and Meeting consumer and market expectations

• Experience in programs such as 3D Max, Rhinoceros, Vray, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop

• Strong abilities in creative thinking and innovation

• Strong leadership skills

• Proficiency in presentation techniques, reporting, etc.

Nice to Haves:

• Master Degree in Industrial Design

·  Interest and knowledge in child development and education.

• Previous experience in designing rooms for children or youth, would be a plus :)
