QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineer,
- Ability to organize diverse information, analyse and solve disputes,
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills in English,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, good Excel skills (ability to create pivot tables and use formulas to manage data)
- Customer-focused and capable of providing solutions to customer needs,
- Possesses negotiation and persuasion skills, with strong communication,
- Successful in stress and time management,
- Has analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Team player,
- No travel restrictions
JOB DESCRIBTION
- Receiving, inputting, reporting, and filing customer orders
- Tracking tasks, providing necessary information to customers
- Preparing price quotations
- Participating in weekly/monthly meetings and reporting meeting notes
- Monitoring export procedures for international orders
- Drafting dealer/distributor contracts
- Preparing tender files
- Conducting and reporting annual customer surveys
- Creating, monitoring, and reporting project files
- Tracking and reporting departmental KPIs
- Generating sales and profitability reports, conducting analyses
- Conducting market analysis with the sales team
- Updating project files
- Collecting sales forecasts and conducting analyses
- Attending regular meetings with the sales and technical service teams, reporting on actions taken
- Monitoring and reporting monthly changes in raw material costs
- Participating in and reporting on weekly/monthly meetings
