General Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering,
• Ability to organize diverse information, analyse and solve disputes,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with people inside and outside the organization are required,
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills in English,
  
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, good Excel skills (ability to create pivot tables and use formulas to manage data),
  

Job description

• Supervising and monitoring laboratory activities to ensure that the work is executed in a timely manner and in accordance with the client and  project requirements and within company policies, procedures and standards,
• To ensure that the experiment request forms are filled in with the Sales & Marketing team and to follow up,
• To follow up the laboratory or field trials to be carried out / to follow up the trials carried out, to follow up the statistics,
• To ensure the implementation and follow-up of the test programmes scheduled by the Concrete Laboratory Manager,
• To analyse alternative new products in concrete in line with R & D studies, to record the results of practical analysis in concrete,
• To have knowledge about occupational health and safety rules,
• To be customer oriented and to have the ability to provide solutions to customer needs,
• Overseeing the calibration, documentation and maintenance of the laboratory equipment (inventory) to maintain CE, ISO, and TSE laboratory accreditation certificates,
