Job description

• Carrying out the Selection and Placement processes of Administrative and Educational staff,

• Carrying out personnel procedures (employment, termination, classification of personnel files),

• To provide the necessary orientation to the new personnel (introducing the institution),

• Following up and reporting annual leaves,

• Performing performance evaluation and career planning procedures,

• Following the developments in the sector and reporting the training and development needs identified,

• Developing suggestion reward systems and suggesting solutions,

• Preparing promotion, transfer and rotation processes,

• Contributing to the development of existing and new Human Resources practices

Required Qualifications

• Graduated from universities' faculties of economics and administrative sciences, engineering or social sciences,

• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources,

• Preferably took part in basic Human Resources processes such as recruitment, compensation, performance management, training and development and career planning,

• Knowledgeable in Personnel Personnel Procedures,

• Having good verbal and written communication skills,

• Having analytical thinking and analysis skills,

• Successful in human relations, advanced communication skills, dynamic, following modern HR practices and management methods,

• Prone to team work, strong follow-up,

• High organizational and planning skills,

• Proficient in MS Office applications,

• Male candidates must have completed military service,

• Residing on the Anatolian side.

• Advanced speaking English
