Business Development Specialist

CFN Kimya (in Gebze/Kocaeli) is one of the major Expandable Polystyrene EPS) resin producers in Turkey and in the region. As a member of CFN Kimya Team in Gebze-Kocaeli, you will be responsible for the relevant duties of our Business Development Activities.

Required Qualifications

·      Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical, Material or Industrial Engineering.

·      Preferably master degree in Business Administration.

·      Minimum 3 year experience in business development project and related activities.

·      Theoretical and practical knowledge of the methods.

·      Strong communication, delegation, planning and organizational skills.

·      Self-motivated, ability to work result-oriented, innovative and creative approach to problem solving.

·      Successful, responsible and persuasive ability in human relations.

·      Excellent command of both understanding, writing and speaking in English. Advance level of a second language preferably German is must too.

·      Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.

·      Resident or may reside in Istanbul (Anatolia) or Kocaeli.

·      No military obligation for male candidates.

 Main Responsibilities

·      Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services, or new ways of reaching existing markets.

·      Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.

·      Think strategically in order to develop and improve the business.

·      Identify new and trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.

·      Cooperate with relevant departments of Company to perform the business development activities according to the company instructions and regulations.

·      Plan and implement business development projects with internal and external parties, and report the projects.

·      Evaluate options and resolves internal priorities.

·      Examine risks and potentials for the business opportunities.

·      Estimate present and potential partners’ needs and goals.

·      Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

·      Enhance organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

·      Prepare prefeasibility report for the potential businesses and investments.
