QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in engineering 
• Minimum 4 years experience in relevant position, experience in sales management in related areas of solar energy projects/steel construction required
• Concentrated Solar or Photovoltaic knowledge of power generation a plus
• Fluent in spoken & written English is mandatory, a second language will be an asset
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (SAP knowledge is an asset)
• Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
• A strong team player with the ability to work on own initiative
• Self motivated with pro-active approach to problem solving
• Ability to build/maintain relationships and strong customer focus
• Knowledge of export documentation/procedures
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Ready to travel when it is necessary for the company.
• Permanent Residence in Ankara.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manages the sales and marketing operations in domestic and export markets
• Builds a good communication with customers to lead an effective customer relationship management and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Analyzes customer needs and the market to promote company products, solutions and services
• Manages and follows up current projects and realizes new projects
• Manages and motivates the sales team to achive the goals
• Manages the process of order deliveries to the customers by coordinating with related departments
• Prepares solution proposals, negotiates and closes sales contracts and follows up
• Coordinates all sales/export operations and documentation
• Prepares the proposals / tender documents
• Prepare a contract and / or review a contract
• Prepare all requested reporting in line with the related procedures assigned by management
