What you will do:

·        Translate user-needs into business goals.

·        Keep up to date with interactive design and usability techniques.

·        Bring new ideas and creativity into the design and creation of content.

·        Contribute and maintain the style guide to be used for different interfaces.

·        Constantly improve the functionality of the interfaces.

Required skills and experience:

·        Experience working in an agile development environment.

·        Experience presenting and substantiating (both quantitatively and qualitatively) design decisions.

·        Experience with mobile design and responsive design, knowledge of iOS and Android interface guidelines.

·        Understand fundamental visual and interactive design disciplines and principles, and user behavioral psychology.

·        Ability to thrive while working in a fast-paced and innovative development environment.

·        Ability to define and execute best practices for user-centered design.

·        A collaborative spirit + proactivity and resourcefulness.

·        Open to give and take constructive feedback.

·        Clear and concise communication skills including English speaking and writing proficiency.
