General Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree

• Minimum 2 years team leader experience in call center industry, 

• Excellent command on Excel and other MS Office programs, 

• Advanced level of verbal and written English,

• Advanced planning and reporting capabilities, 

• Quick problem-solving ability and analytical perspective, 

• Target-oriented and to be able to keep the team’s motivation and energy high ,

Job Description:

• Organize and manage our Inbound team to achieve company goals and service level set by our business partner,

• Sharing required reports with project manager ,

• Providing the necessary support for monitoring the personal development of team members and the development of the team,

• Coaching and performance-enhancing actions for the team to achieve their goals.
