GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

We are a global design, engineering and manufacturing company that sells product solutions into the white goods industry and leverages this portfolio and technology into adjacent markets and after sales channels. 

We manufacture more than 10,000 sophisticated controls for commercial and home appliances. Primary applications include controls for clothes washers and dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, electric and gas cooking, ice makers, fluid dispensing, storage water heaters, gas valves for space/central heating, and automotive/off road temperature and fluid controls. 

The following position will be responsible of Turkish Market, and located in our liason office in Maltepe. 

Main job roles/career tasks:

 • Order management of Turkish Customers and act as the primary liaison between the OEM and team in monitoring, managing driving the OEM to assure goals/schedule is being met. 

• Coordinate forecast with corporate; developing building plan communicating to all required parties.

 • Drive solutions to reduce eliminate any customer production stops because of delays. 

• Verify fulfillment of the order shipments in cooperation with the Logistics Manager. 

• Work with finance and acounting team to monitor/report budget. 

• Responsible for monthly/weekly report generation distribution. 

 Profile : 

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics, finance or business administration required. 

• 5+ years of Supply Chain experience. 

• Experience interacting with Sr. Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Acounting and Sales.

 • Strong computer skills in ERP systems,also including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access. 

• Attention to detail necessary to ensure quality work as well as analytical, follow through and organizational skills. 

• Ability to manage a team as well as multiple, concurrent tasks to meet strict deadlines. 

• Must have great communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written, in order to communicate with all levels of employees, suppliers, and customers (internal/external). Fluency in English is a must. 

• Able to meet deadlines, follow through on commitments and deliver on promises. 

• Able to take broad thinking around business issues and apply to company strategies. 

• Self-starter that is resourceful and can work autonomously. 

• Ability to readily and frequently collaborate with others. 

• Able to manage time and territory effectively. 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
