We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who is willing to develop her/his career in a corporate environment.

• Undergraduate degree from preferably Engineering, Economy, Business Administration, or in a similar field,
• Minimum 5 year of experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills,
• Fluent in English,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

The person will

• Act as a single point of contact for implementing key HR processes and HR initiatives at the account level,
• Translate business requirements into effective HR practices and deliver people solutions in line with business objectives,
• Act as an internal consultant while dealing with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues,
• Provide HR policy guidance to employees and management team,
• Manage talent acquisition needs of the business lines,
• Take active role in HR Projects i.e. supporting change management arising from new initiatives and employer branding,
• Contribute to the HR strategy at HR Group and provide support in preparation of presentations as required.
