Your Responsibilities

You think it is time for something different? Then you are at the right place! You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as;

/Analyzing, compiling and defining (decide) market requirements (concerning trends, consumers, competitors, distribution)

/Defining and executing strategic product portfolio (incl. program architecture)

/Developing and realizing 10-years release plan by brands

/Defining innovation fields and initiate demand driven innovation process (with cross-functional teams)

/Deriving regional product roadmap (with technical product management)

/Preparing-contributing to projects until M0 (deciding on product concepts in accordance with regional category)

/Driving project until and incl. M3 (deciding on product requirements & specifications).

/Contributing from M3 onwards for marketing module

/Supporting regional marketing management, coordinating interface to supply

Your Profile

/Excellent multinational interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills are required

/Customer and result oriented, analytical minded, target oriented, adaptive to multinational culture and believes in team working

/Positive attitude and self-motivation

/University degree preferably in Engineering and/or Business Administration

/Minimum 3-5 years similar experience in white goods or fast moving consumer products

/Fluent English knowledge is a must

/Excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP knowledge
