Your Profile 

/ Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering (or similar field of engineering), Master degree preferred

 / 5+ years of working experience in product development and product projects 

/ 2+ years experience in lead/management function / Fluent English is a must, German knowledge is an asset

 / Comfortable with hands-on engineering and possess strong knowledge of production processes 

/ Assertive and team player with intercultural competence 

/ Excellent communication, presentation and persuassion skills

/ Provide direction and guidance to product design teams to meet timely deliveries

/ Supervise team on daily basis in product design and development activities

/ Validate product designs, identify constraints and provide corrective actions

/ Identify resource requirements and perform workload assignments to meet product design goals

/ Develop best practices to ensure smooth and continuous product development processes

/ Coordination of technical changes, quality improvement, cost reduction activities and module activities between Global Development Centers
