 Your Responsibilities

You think it is time for something different? Then you are at the right place! You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as;

/ Being responsible for customer service supply chain performance targets focused on inventory reduction, increased inventory turns and improved order-to-delivery results, Pull Replenishment methods as well as the entire flow path of each material from the supplier to the dock to point of use

/ Developing both short and long term material strategies incorporating both process innovation and current/new technology

/ Performing physical, tactical work across multiple functions to implement the supply chain planning process and develop a Plan for Every Part (PFEP)

/ Managing planning system parameters and master data to optimally reflect supply chain capabilities

/ Leading operational development of customer service supply chain in terms of costs reduction and continuous improvement projects in parallel with up to date Logistics Dynamics

/ Tracking key operation and financial KPI’s, forecasts and actuals including deviation-analysis, enabling informed decision-making and efficiency tools through

/ Expanding CS supply chain know how and support among local & regional stakeholders & cross functional units, ensures harmonization of practices

 Your Profile 

/ University degree preferably in business, Industrial or mathematıcs engineering

/ Fluent English is a must both verbal and written, German knowledge is an asset.

/ Strong knowledge of MS Office, ERP and other Supply Chain Planning analytical tools, material flow and throughput efficiency

/ Minimum 5 years Supply Chain experience and strong project management skills

/ Strong collaborative, interpersonal and negotiation skills in order to drive common supply chain processes across multiple departments.

/ Ability to design and deploy lean systems in a highly productive environment with minimal disruption to daily requirements
