Your Responsibilities

As the Head of Product Division Dish and Laundry Care, Region Emerging Market (REM) expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as;

/ Developing and implementing the strategy that aligns vision and its long-term business objectives for Dish and Laundry Care business in region and export to other regions

/ Managing supply of products via OEM approach to REM markets using competence of REM/POE department, cooperate and support within global OEM projects

/ Deciding on regional development projects and roll-out of products and projects for global market assigned to regional Dish and Laundry Care development and production

/ Managing development departments located in Turkey, India andRussia

Your Profile

/ University degree in engineering is required; Master's degree is preferred

/ Home appliance industry experience in emerging markets demonstrated by having worked in one of the REM countries for a number of years; experience in leadership and engineering

/ Leveraging a deep understanding of the economic, market, industry and competitive trends and their potential impacts on BSH.Ideally having asocialnetwork in a REM country

/ Demonstrating authentic leadership to create and nurture an environment in line with “We lead BSH”, where employees are engaged & motivated; deliver exceptionalresults

/ Fluency in English and willingness to travel isrequired
