/ Responsible and accountable for the development of cooling products by developing its electro-systems and components withinthe global development network

/ Management of functions of HW development, SW development, Electro-mechanical part development ,Integration team with high degree of accountability

/ Acting with considering functional/technical safety requirements,  field applications and test cases, as well as BSH development architecture domain

/ Research, assess and adapt to new technologies and methods necessary for future enhancements of products and organization

/ As dept. manager; responsible for all aspects of team management including: staffing, staff development, cost center financial management, training, tool and process development and deployment, administration of performance as well stakeholder management

/ Strive for innovation and applications to meet consumer expectations  

Your Profile

/ Bachelor's degree in Electric & Electronics Engineering, or equivalent engineering disciplines

/ Min. 10 years of experience in engineering product development [proven leadership and >5 years  leading a team].

/ Cooling products electronics and electro-mechanical designs is an asset

/ Experienced at providing technical leadership starting from development project throughout the entire product life cycle  (executing root cause analysis and developing effective corrective actions) with considering performance indicators (technical, cost, quality and schedule)

/ Fluent English is a must with written and oral communicationskills

/ Strong judgment and decision making abilities,open-minded and willingness for new ideas and challengesand self-motivated with interpersonal & communicationalskills
