We are looking for a “Customer Experience Specialist”to join us on our Journey for the future of mobility!

How You Will Contribute

In this role, you are expected to:

·        Transferring brand marketing vision into customer marketing activities for increasing demand of our products and services.

·        Following up customer experience management budget and budget planning.

·        Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.

·        Collaborating with IT teams as well as the marketing and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness.

·        Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives.

·        Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.

·        Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner.

·        Analyzing customer feedback in stores and online, as well as preparing reports.

·        Keeping informed of industry trends and new CRM technologies.

·        Following and reporting CX activities

Before You Come on Board…

We believe you will fit well if you have:

·        A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, or in a related field preferred.

·        At least 3 years' experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer support role.

·        Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.

·        Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.

·        Proficiency in MS Office, as well as Microsoft CRM software.

·        Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.

·        Great organizational and time management abilities.

·        Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

·        Creative thinking and a real talent for communications.
