Job Description 

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Project Manager for our R&D Department. 

Your contribution to something big: 

Ensure the project team to be involved in the project in coordination with determination of the duties and responsibilities 

* Determine the budget, the project management plan and customer requirements for Research and Development (R&D) Department 

* Support the project team to determine, plan, implement, control and complete the necessary steps to ensure project success 

* Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs 

* Elaborate and organize technical meetings and project reviews, in conjunction with her/his team, stakeholders, customers and suppliers 

* Manage and ensure that all potentials risks/issues are properly communicated to all stakeholders 

* Manage all aspects of the project as well as manage and coach the people working on the project 

* Understand project constraints and goals    

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

University Degree in Industrial/Management Engineering, 

* Min 3 years working experience within Project Management area in Research and Development 

* Strong quality mindset, great team spirit and being result oriented 

* Able to work in a very dynamic workplace 

* Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with staff and stakeholders at various levels. 

* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a high-performing team.
