Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Desktop Operations Responsible.

Your contribution to something big:

  • Foster Bosch organizational excellence by delivering superior IT services
  • Responsible for representing Central IT in the Manisa location and remote support to İstanbul and Ankara branch offices
  • Incident and Problem Management in both office and production area
  • Hands-on or remote enabling/consulting users around IT (hardware, software, usage etc.)
  • Printer support and replacements
  • Providing file share authorizations to users, creating user accounts
  • User request processing and follow up
  • Play an active role as an IT team member in customer department projects
  • Support Central IT Department on system room, network equipments or servers
  • Coordinating IT-related issues with central IT
  • IT inventory management, planning, purchasing, installing and maintaining hardware and software
  • Complete tasks by using central IT tools
  • Preparation of guidelines and documentation of activities/solutions

 

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university of IT related departments or engineering background.
  • Master degree is a plus
  • At least 2 years experience in the field of IT (IT support, system administration/operation)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, German is an asset
  • Windows Server products knowledge (Server 2008+, Active Directory, Exchange)
  • Operation Server, ESX (HW, VMHost), EMC Storage and Database(Oracle) experience is an asset
  • Good level of Microsoft Office Product Knowledge
  • Windows 10 Operating System Knowledge
  • Deep understanding of IT processes
  • Good hardware and software knowledge
  • Ability to work independently
  • High customer orientation and high degree of flexibility
  • Ability to switch between many different topics
  • Experience in MS Sharepoint ve OneNote  is an asset
  • Very good problem solving, communication and planning skills
  • IT security and basic network knowledge
  • No domestic / international travel restrictions
  • No military obligation for male candidates
