Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Technical Services and Training Expert in Automotive Aftermarket Department.

Your contribution to something big:

• Responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating all kinds of automotive technical training programs in region Turkey, Iran and the Middle East countries

• Assess training needs and certification requirements based on the market requirements and targeted customers/customer groups

• Prepare training material and classroom agenda.

• Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids)

• Conducts classes regarding safety, security, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software, machinery, and equipment. 

• Assist in design of computer-based and multimedia curriculum.

• Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.

• Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshops.

• Provide technical hotline support for all Bosch systems, products and services and deal with customer complaints and demands in an efficient and effective ways.

• Support warranty services for Bosch products

• Establish cooperations/business relations with external service providers /external trainers to increase the service product portfolio

• Support developing new technical service concepts and their implementations

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Mechatronics or related fields

• Min. 10 years of experience in after sales services, preferably in technical trainings, technical hotline area

• Hand on experience in support, repair and maintenance automotive systems & system components

• Fluent in English and/or German, both written and spoken 

• High analytical thinking ability

• Excellent level of IT tools usage skills (SAP, MS Office applications,..)

• Result oriented, self-discipline and high motivation

• Good planning and organizational skills

• Customer oriented, good presentation skills and persuasive communication

• Ability to travel and have a valid driving license

• No military obligation for male candidates
