Senior Legal Counsel

Concrete knowledge and experience in fields of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Contract Law and Labour Law.

Providing support and assistance regarding corporate governance matters including but not limited to preparations of Board of Directors  meetings , General Assembly resolutions and experience in drafting and/or amending Article of Association as well as conducting relevant trade registry and notary procedures,

Drafting of Notary Notifications and Official Response Letters.

Experience in Share Transfer and Share Purchase Agreements

Participate in negotiations, drafting, reviewing and execution of all kinds of agreements to be signed by the Company and its foreign subsidiaries, suppliers, subcontractors including but not limited to development, manufacturing, project, purchasing, confidentiality agreements etc.

Ensuring the necessary compliance and competency of the Company with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and GDPR and other compliance regulations

Provide ongoing legal advice and support to different departments of the Company on various legal matters and anticipate and mitigate potential legal risks.

Responsible for defending the legal rights and interests of the Company in all disputes, able to analyze, comment and report all litigation and disputes initiated by or against the Company

Minimum 10 years of legal experience gained within the reputable legal office and/or multinational corporate environment, expertise in Defense Industry is an additional asset

Strong understanding of business, ethics and compliance matters

High organizational, follow-up and time-management skills

Analytical mind with an ability to pro-actively resolve problems

Good understanding of business dynamics and operational needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and to have a capacity to support, facilitate and influence managers at all levels

Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing
