Bitron Turkey, currently looking for R&D Documentation and Validation Engineer for our Manisa plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from engineering faculties of universities,
• Fluency in English,
• Ability to follow, interpret and understand standards and norms,
• Ability to follow customer technical specifications,
• 8D, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, MSA etc. Mastering automotive and white goods main quality management system processes,
• Preferably having attended ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and IATF 16949 information and internal auditor training,
• High ability to document,
• Mastering product safety and approval processes,
• Preferably having used statistical programs such as Minitab and SPSS.

Job Description

• Preparing test plans in line with customer specifications,
• Carrying out new product validation activities,
• Analyzing laboratory data where routine tests are carried out and informing the relevant units accordingly,
• Providing documentation support for issues such as new products, customers and systems,
• Providing approval support on test equipment and systems,
• Checking the reliability of the testing system with the help of statistical methods,
• Supporting and monitoring the calibration or verification of test systems,
• Following international regulations, norms and standards and take action regarding changes,
• Following the periodic maintenance of test equipment and systems,
• Conducting tests and evaluations regarding customer returns and reporting to the relevant unit,
• Determining the priority order of works awaiting measurement in the metrology laboratory,
• Ensuring that all measuring and control devices belonging to metrology are working and making measurements within the standards,
• Ensuring that measurement results are understandable and ready for interpretation,
• Ensuring regular and disciplined operation of the calibration and verification system,
• Preparing the MSA plan every year and to ensure that MSA studies are carried out in accordance with the plan,
• Identifying the necessary measurement systems in new projects and creating purchase requests,
• Following up KPIs related to Metrology Laboratory performance,
• Ensuring that laboratory environmental conditions are suitable for measurement,
• Fulfilling the tasks assigned in problem solving, FMEA and improvement studies when requested,
• Being responsible for the metrology process in audits,
• Preparing the instructions for use of the devices used in the laboratory.
