For the “UI/UX Department” of our company headquartered in Kavacık, Istanbul, we are seeking a “UI/UX Designer” with the following qualifications:

General Qualifications

· Good command of Sketch, and working experience in Zeplin, Flinto, Adobe XD, Framer X, InVision Studio, and Marvel App for UI design,

· Minimum 2 years’ work experience in UI/UX design (user interface and user experience design)

· Knows all phases of UX Design,

· Experience in digital product design in Fintech,

· Knowledge on Web and mobile technologies

· Experienced in documentation and reporting

· Good at analytical thinking, eager to research and learn, team-work oriented,

· Good command of English

· For male candidates, having completed their military service or postponed for a minimum of 2 years

Job Description

The candidate will:

· work in cooperation with the relevant teams and develop data-based solutions to support business needs,

· follow-up the current projects to give feedback and suggestions,

· use Experience Maps, User Journeys and Conceptual Design to identify the improvement points on products,

· follow the user behaviour and develop mobile and web compliant user experience solutions

· optimize the product by investigating the existing interfaces,

· measure the user experience by using A/B and Usability tests,

· improve the solution on the basis of the relevant departments’ feedback,

· cooperate with other departments (e.g. marketing and operations) during product development
