We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Search Engine Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team! As a SEM Specialist you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing our Search Engine Marketing strategy. As our online presence is extremely important for the success of business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business’ growth and success.

Search Engine Marketing Specialist duties and responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy
• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
• Identify key SEO KPIs
• Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
• Prepare and present reports regularly
• Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
• Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
• Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
• Set up pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Google Search, Google Display Partners, and Google Mobile Ads.
• Conduct keyword research to create a list of keyword phrases for bidding.
• Create Adwords Ads that will run on Google Search, Google Display Partners sites (if desired), and on mobile devices (if desired)
• Test different ads, by creating different headlines and different ad copy
• Manage the bids
• Work with team to create targeted landing pages for each of your Adwords Ad Groups.
  

Search Engine Marketing Specialist requirements and qualifications

• Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Minimum 3 Years of Experience working with AdWords and Bing Ads
• AdWords certification required
• Ads 360 experience (previously DoubleClick Search)
• BS/BA degree preferred
• Agency experience preferred
• High proficiency with Google Analytics, Bing Analytics and other website analytics software
• Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Ability to create bidding scripts.
