Turkey's leading chemical raw materials trading company Baymineral, Maltepe Looking for a "Export Operations Specialist" to work at its location.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 3 years experiences preferably in the field of import & export & transit trade operations and logistics
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing
• Teamwork oriented with strong communication, interpersonal and planning skills,
• Solution oriented, patient and self-confident,
• Self-motivated, energetic, creative and eager to learn continuously,
• Resides in Anatolian side of Istanbul
• No military obligation for male candidates,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Have knowledge of container shipments and/or bulk shipments
• Perform data entry updates using spreadsheets and databases based on sales orders/contracts, etc., providing data to team members for further analysis
• Monitor and organize daily operation activities
• Carry out the transportation organizations with the suppliers for the approved requests,
• Prepare and manage all the necessary operation documents and give instructions to customs broker
• Communicate with customers in terms of order processing, order follow up, on-time deliveries with high level of service rate
• Lead optimization projects to reduce the costing operations
• Data entry to ERP-IFS system,
• Prepare and submit of periodic reports to the management
