QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from related departments of universities 
• Knowledge of import legislation and delivery methods, 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in production sector companies,
• Preferably with experience in customs and logistics operations
• Good level of MS Office and SAP user,
• Advanced level of written and verbal communication in English,
• Advanced negotiation and bargaining skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring continuity of international supplier research, selection and evaluation,
• Closely following and organizing customs, logistics and product safety issues from the process of placing orders abroad until the products enter the warehouse,
• Following up on current legislation related to overseas procurement,
• Reaching out to suppliers for necessary purchases, collecting and evaluating offers,
• Preparing contracts for materials, equipment and services to be purchased,
• Conducting alternative supplier / sub-industry research,
• If required, planning and conducting supplier/sub-industry audits and controls, reporting audit results and initiating remedial actions,
