Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree,
  
• Experience in tactical purchasing and/or administrative functions,
  
• Sophisticated usage of modern communication tools, e.g. Word, Excel, Data Warehouse, Internet and E-Commerce-tools,
  
• Advanced ERP (preferably M3) knowledge,
  
• Fluent English,
  
• Sound financial analytical evaluation and abilities,
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  
• Service oriented,
  
• Able to work in teams,
  
• Working experience preferable in procurement and/or finance and accounting dept. or other similar positions.
  

Job Description

• Executes local procurement in the daily transactional business of tactical procurement activities within the site or division and order fulfillment management,
  
• Responsible for the completion, timely execution of the Accounting Operations in good quality in the area of General Accounting (excl. Accounts Payable and procurement related accounting processes).
  
• Execute, monitor and control local purchasing and order fulfillment management (e.g. create purchase orders, track open orders, increase spend transparency by ensuring correct classifications),
  
• Ensure contractually agreed results from sourcing initiatives are translated and applied in tactical purchasing,
  
• Support target achievement such as savings, inventory reduction, working capital improvements, etc.,
  
• Handle daily supply issues,
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,
  
• Enter and manage contracts and supplier master data into system,
  
• Conduct sourcing process for all purchase orders,
  
• Create and update statistical information,
  
• Information exchange and communication with customers, suppliers and procurement coworkers as well as with other Service Divisions (e.g. Logistics, Accounts Payable),
  
• Support continuous improvement of transactional processes,
  
• Perform manual General Ledger postings as defined within the activity split,
  
• Responsible to perform HB1and HBII related evaluations and postings.
