QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate from related department of the university 

• Having a driving licence 

• Fluent in English 

• Seek and act upon value-adding opportunities for collaboration within and across units 

 JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Support the regions (regional sales managers) in finalizing the MAS for their respective regions 

• Ensure internal communication about the project targets and progress 

• Define clear deliverables and targets for the project and ensure effective monitoring of the defined MAS measures 

• Coordinate the role of MAS in the different projects (Capture Anatolia, Special Times) 

• Guide and follow up the segmentation process of retailers

• Support the process of creating an action plan to utilize the segmentation in the most effective way • Work together with the CRM specialist to integrate the segmentation into the CRM system 

• Embed a continuous MAS evaluation into the sales organization.
