We are seeking a new team member who has good communication skills and experiences at least 4-5 years in foreign trade operations, custom, warehouse and logistics sectors.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS  DO WE NEED

•       Bachelor’s degree ( preferably in Foreign Trade or Logistics )

• Have at least 4-5 years of logistics operations experience preferably in foreign trade, custom ,logistic or warehousing sectors,
• Experience in 3PL companies management such as custom brokers, warehouses and forwarders,
• Strong communication and business management skills , including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking.
• Good command in English in both written and spoken,
• Excellent knowledge of MS office applications,
• No military service restriction for male candidates.

WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing Purchase orders and import files.  
• Following the logistics and warehouse operations of our stocks.
• Following import documents in coordination with custom broker.
• Monthly stocks controls in warehouses and report incase of any damage or loss.
• Organizing on-carriages with contracted carriers.
• Monitoring the performance of 3PL companies.
• Determining and applying cost saving projects.
• Responsible for internal audit.
• Seeking new logistics providers to get better transport costs and operational process for better service.
• Monitoring daily warehouse, transportation and  custom broker activities such as inventory controls, inbound and outbound operations procedures. 
• Tracking and supporting the audit process.
• Following up the insurance files
• Following up the customers requests (QA docs, files etc ..)
• Working in coordination with internal departments sales teams and finance, meeting their demands and resolving their problems/expectations by contacting 3PL service providers.
• Following daily and weekly operational calendars with carriers, custom brokers and warehouses.
