QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The Logistics Customer Service Analyst is responsible for providing a professional service to customers and liaising with key parties including third party suppliers and other company offices.
S/he will play a role of great importance in assisting in the execution and achievement of the company's annual sales target and contributing in the process of turning BRF Banvit into a service-oriented company along with the entire team. Also, S/he will manage Manuel Stock Management for All Export Customers, ready to be shipped.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedure.
- Constantly review working processes with carriers and transport companies to ensure best practice, but also that fees charged are in line with competitors.
- Working in conjunction with the Documentation & Shipping Specialist, which may require you to produce reports and statistics for meetings.
- Liaise daily with S&OP Team and distributors (DDP & CFR) following up on export Documents status, Freight, Agreements with shipping companies and LC processes, service & shipments of new and developing markets.
- Follow-up on Documents status of Banvit clients, ensuring delivery On Time, In Full with 0 errors and implement contingency plan when necessary;
- Follow-up on shipments and Banvit’s agreement with shipping companies ensuring the implementation of contract clauses in all local agents & ports of final destinations;
- Update the Documents regarding local requirements & regulations, ensuring alignment between export regulations in Brazil / Europe and import regulations in the local markets, as well as customers' operational needs, requesting and informing eventual needs of adaptation in the company's processes;
- Follow-up on the status of LC processes, minimizing risks for the company and guaranteeing the fulfillment of contracts and payment collection;
- Update and monitor orders/ shipments/ shortages/ balances of new and developing markets guaranteeing the fulfillment of LC contracts;
- Follow pre-established standards ensuring the best level of service to distributors.
- Review our customers’ KPIs for Banvit from their point of view (360 degrees) and our customer experience through regular improvement meetings with key accounts, identifying ways to maximize commercial opportunities;
- Ensure the customer database is updated, standardized and accurate (basic information, location, geocodes, delivery windows, etc.);
- Maintain alignment with Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams to guarantee visibility on future volumes and appropriate sizing of the Operations;
- Investigate the root causes for non-OTIF deliveries and suggest improvement actions;
- Analyze order patterns and delivery schedules;
- Take preventive actions to avoid Returns (alignment with customers on their stock count dates, etc.);
- Request special delivery appointments and reserve loading bays/receiving cages;
- Issue regular reports with the current status of the shipments and the existing stocks;
- Search for innovative ways to improve our customers’ experience;
- Benchmark for best practices internally and externally.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Competencies:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Computer Skills – Office and SAP for future implementation;
- Experience with Exports and International shipping documents is required;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Documents and files management;
- Analytic, detail oriented with strong problem solving skills;
- Flexible, proactive, a learner, and able to effectively work within a team;
- Passionate person, with sense of urgency and responsibility;

- Willing to travel for short periods of time, if required;
Required Education and Experience:
- A Bachelors’ degree in Business, International Trade, International Relations, Engineering or any related field.
- 3-5+ years of customer service with Documentation & shipping knowledge.
